Postgraduates Profile

UFT's Food stands out with the training of qualified human resources prepared to respond to the demands and challenges in the Legal Amazon in the area of Food Science. PPGCTA-UFT graduates, through research lines, disciplines and exchanges, are able to develop skills and abilities to work in research institutes, inspection bodies, educational institutions and companies in the food and beverage industry.

PPGCTA-UFT graduates must act competently, ethically and critically in teaching, research and as an entrepreneur in the food sector. Teamwork is developed during the student's stay in the Program, being able to conduct and lead research, in addition to planning and executing activities related to Food Science projects, in addition to solving problems, conflicts and managing people.
